I am a connector who puts energy toward cultivating leadership and team environments that bring about the best in people. Meaningful relationships are at the heart of what I do because trust and connection are the foundation for lasting change. 

 

I bring a deep understanding of leadership and team dynamics, shaped by my experience across nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Before launching my consulting practice, I spent four years with a leadership firm in Seattle. I also hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

 

Today, I partner with teams, leaders, and fellow practitioners to create workplaces where people thrive. Using tools like the Enneagram, I help individuals, leaders and teams build trust, improve communication, and unlock their full potential
