Hello, I'm Carrie.

 

I help mission-driven consultants and leaders bring their gifts to more people.

 

My work spans two complementary areas: Enneagram-based development for leaders and teams (iEQ9) and thought partnership for consultants and leadership coaches - serving as a strategic sounding board and translating good ideas into learner-centric, experience-based workshops and programs that land.

 

I bring a deep understanding of leadership and team dynamics, shaped by my experience across nonprofit, public, and private sectors. I hold a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and spent four years with a Seattle-based leadership firm before launching my own practice in 2021.
